Description -
Azure Secret Key for the Workfront Fusion Email account expires annually, requiring manual updates for all affected connections and associated email modules. The existing "Re-authorize" or "Re-verify" options do not support updating the secret key. That leaves no option except the creation of a new connection each time, which results in a high administrative burden.
Why is this feature important to you -
- Operational Efficiency: Manually recreating connections and updating all email modules in Workfront Fusion is time-consuming and disrupts workflows.
- Error Prevention: The manual process increases the likelihood of errors, such as missed updates, which could lead to failed automation tasks.
How would you like the feature to work -
- Provide an option to update the Azure Secret Key in the existing connection settings.
- Include a validation process to verify the new key before applying it.
Current Behaviour -
Currently, the Azure Secret Key cannot be updated in an existing connection. Users are forced to create a new connection with the updated key, which then requires manual reconfiguration of all associated email modules in Workfront Fusion. This manual process is repetitive, error-prone, and leads to disruptions in automated workflows.
