Fusion Module/Action to update share access rights on an object

Description - At the moment there is not simple action when we want to update access rules on an object, and it would be great to have this feature

Why is this feature important to you - At the moment there is no way to simple update access rules on Project/Issue/Task if needed

How would you like the feature to work - There is a new module or extension within custom actions where we can update access rules (add/remove/modify)

Current Behaviour - We have to manually copy access rules, create new ones manually, and assign the full array to the object
