@Kundanism To ensure a safe space for our customers, we typically only share a copy of the recording to those who attend, unless it is an open Q&A type session focused on a product or area like Workfront Fusion or Reporting Canvas.
The Customer Success team tries to host events multiple times per quarter to give everyone a chance to attend, so if you are interested in attending live, oftentimes there are 2 different dates/times to choose from. We are hoping to build an on-demand library in the near future for those who cannot join in-person, so stay tuned for that!
As for Reporting Canvas, the beta is currently closed. If the option to add Reporting (Beta) to your Main Menu via Layout Templates is not available, you will want to wait for the next enrollment period to opt-in. There is no exact timeframe for that just yet, but it's coming soon!
