Kindly, can you please help with the following request:
I created a Promotion Entry in M+C Plan: External - Email Client Facing Email (https://ts.accenture.com/sites/campaignmgmt/Lists/FY22CampaignList/DispForm.aspx?ID=7005) The manual says "Create an email channel under the Promotion in M+C Plan. This triggers the creation of the project within M+C Manage". I did create the promotion entry but the project is not created within M+C Manage (Workfront). This is my problem, I don't see any entry in Workfront which I need to move the project further. It seems that there is a bug between the transition of M+C Plan and M+C Manage (Workfront). I already reached out to the support team of M+C Plan and they confirmed that they checked all and can't see why it's not transferred to Workfront and suggest to reach out to you.
Kindly, can you please help and reach out to me? Maybe it's also because of restricted access?
