Hi @Nijs_Gold_23,
Thank you for your question! I've seen a few customers use this integration in the past.
Pros:
- Most guide creation is drag-and-drop and doesn’t require deep coding knowledge
- It is compatible with multiple apps, including Microsoft Dynamics and ServiceNow
- It is customizable with step-by-step walkthroughs
- Conditional branching allows different experiences based on user roles or paths taken
Cons:
- The app is not officially supported as a native Workfront integration, so some maintenance or troubleshooting will fall to your admins
- The app may require configuration by your IT team to handle security and script injection policies
- If Workfront updates certain areas of the UI, it could break your existing flows (especially with CSS selectors or page structure)
- Advanced features (analytics, role-based content, multi-app support) may require enterprise licensing, which could be costly
- JumpSeat primarily works on web applications accessed via desktop; mobile Workfront use may not be supported
If you’re mainly looking to guide new users through Workfront’s interface and workflows, JumpSeat can work well with some setup. However, if you’re looking for more robust integrations, analytics, or enterprise support, platforms like Whatfix or WalkMe may be worth exploring.
