Help Workfront Community! Non-monetary Rewards & Recognition Program Management Ideas

Hello! Reaching out to see if any customers can support or share ideas around implementing and managing some type of department recognition/rewards program with Workfront. I have considered creating a standalone queue project or program in order to manage, track, promote wins, etc. Any thoughts?
