Hi

Is there any way for external users to WF to be able to submit a request using the 'request email' option on a request queue. Or would they always have to be set up as a 'guest' or 'requestor' in the system first to be able to use it? Thanks

A user must have a license to make a request or have a request made in their behalf, even by email. This is a good thing because then the person making the request can monitor it and collaborate as needed. Requestor and Reviewer licenses are unlimited and are commonly used for users who don't work on projects but need to be able to make requests and see reports.
