I mentioned in the newer versions because a colleague of mine using 47.0.2526.111 version and it still doesn't work.

It only happened in the newer versions of Chrome.I did wrote some code to enhance the touch UI dialog capabilities, but even when I removed this code, and try to author pages that originally comes with AEM, I still accounting this issue.
