  • Yes that worked. However if the user changed num1 or num2 it would recalculate. That couyld be a good or bad thing. I did find in this forum the other way of using 2 hidden fields.   • I have a calculated field whose formcalc is sum(price [*]) and the object value type is set to Calculated-User Can Override but when I try to overwrite it, the fields goes back to the calculated figure. What am I not doing?

  • Doesn't it always happen...You search for hours trying to find something then after you give up and ask for help you find the answer yourself.If I selected the field then right click then select font.
