@rajatkumar  The change provided with this document is somewhat related to the actual issue, but in addition to that, this issue is specifically related to a recent change w.r.t OAuth, and certain jars were newly added.  The jars were there but were not picked by the Websphere classpath.

@rajatkumar  Don't recall if there is a reference implementation on this topic, but could you elaborate on how are you embedding the form inside the modal overlay? Didn't get this statement- "But forms are loading in page load itself hence page itself not loading."
