+1 for this, we have encountered the same issue. Working around it by setting up our Workspace segments on the A4T dimensions using "starts with" operator rather than "equals"This way then the name changes it doesn't break the workspace when " (deactivated)" is appended to the Activity Name.

+1 for this, would be extremely useful to be able to annotate and add Calendar Events to Workspace reports.
