Use case: if you have a long document and there is a change that appears many times throughout the document, you can search for the word to mark up the change for each instance. E.g. product name changes, date changes, etc.

Ha! I'm not sure that's an improvement... So, I realized that it's not fixed on our end either... We've just started using WF DAM so since the DAM option now appears in the drop-down, the message is gone. Sorry!

It would also be great if the project owner got notified when an approval decision was made also... Which currently they don't. If a document approval is a critical piece of information (in order to keep the project moving) then the owner needs to know ASAP when an approval decision is made.

Our requesters are burdened by the archive/unarchiving of proofs. Many of our reviewers refuse to use in-app proofing and instead download the PDF and use Acrobat to make markups specifically so they can save a copy in their own files. This feature would probably encourage a lot more use of proofing in WF.
