What did you need support with?

Which URL are you using when you say the workspace website? Have you verified that the admin of your organization has invited you using the same email you are using to log in?

Has your admin invited you to join their organization using the Admin Console?

Are you referring to Analysis Workspace in Adobe Analytics?

Unfortunately, you need to be an Adobe customer with at least one active solution in order to get access to Launch.

I don't believe the old interface is accessible.
