The Activity Map Access group only provides access to the actual tool. In order to download Activity Map, users need to belong to a user group that have access to the Tools > Legacy ClickMap Installation permission within user groups. The reason why it appears as if only Admins have the right to download Activity Map is because the above mentioned permission is enabled by default. Send Property Authorization Notifications Prior to Properties Becoming Un-Authorized

Submitting enhancement request on behalf of client. As of now, property authorization notifications appear to arrive only after a property (specifically Linkedin) has become unauthorized. This can be problematic if this occurs on a weekend, as scheduled posts can fail. Ideally, this request addresses sending notifications prior to the de-authorization of a Social property.

Link from Post Analytics to Content Calendar

Filing this on behalf of customer. It would be great if I am looking at post analytics, to be able to quickly link over to this item in the content calendar. That way I can easily duplicate the post and recreate it. Versus, currently if I find a post in analytics that did well, I then have to take note of the date and tags and then go to the content calendar to try and filter and find this.

Add ability to take mod action on an original Tweet pulled from a general Twitter Uni Mod feed

Submitting request on behalf of client. The user is creating a general Twitter Unified Moderation feed without a listening rule or property assigned. Doing so pulls in all Tweets on Twitter. The user then searches for a term, and comes across a post that contains that keyword or term. Perhaps the tool could track down “top 50 handles” that mention any of our listening terms, and this data could be sliceable for any given time frame.I know in the tag beta there is the ability to tag users/ugc, but currently there is not a way to track down those results. Submitting enhancement request on behalf of client: It would be great if as an admin I could set up a few “default” moderation feeds that each of the users could then turn off in their moderation section. We have found that one of the drawbacks to moderation within the tool for a new user is the lack of intuitiveness in setting up a feed. This would help eliminate some of that barrier.Or also, the ability at anytime for an admin to create a feed and then “push” it onto another user.Thanks

Alter Publishing Approval Workflow

Submitting this on behalf of client: Right now work flow approvals are set at the page level. It would be beneficial if they could be set at the user level. The use case I forsee is when new employees come on, to have their work go thru an approval process that our seasoned veterans of the same page don’t need.

Make the "Interactions" filter more accurate in Social Profiles

Social profiles currently have 3 options in their drop down menu. These are Interactions, All Posts, Relevant Posts. Client expectation is that "Interactions" will pull in all posts in the user's Social Profile where interaction has occurred with of their owned handles. This includes @mentions, Retweets, etc. What actually happens is that only outbound interactions are displayed in this filter. This enhancement request is geared towards the ability to @mention other users/pages when creating a post in the Social Publisher. At this time, this doesn't appear to work as it does natively on FB. If @'s are used before actual profile names or page names in the publisher, they just appear as plain-text once the post is published.

Ideally, a notification will be sent out to all internal Social users that have taken action on that specific thread.
