Hi,I had the similar issue with multiple headers.To avoid this group the header and content, then the footer can be placed outside the content of the table.

Do Adobe Livecycle designer ES 8.1 allows to create a table with two header row?On rendering the table back into the form, not all the rows are rendered,one row is missing.Is it only 1 header row ,1 body row and 1 inner row is allowed for the table?
