Maybe kickstarts can work? Export the task kickstart, open up the xlsx file, filter to the project you wish to modify by id. Then all the tasks are left for that project. If we can attach a custom form to each issue as we can do today, I want to be able to attach a custom form to each document uploaded so the user can fill up additional information for the document. Hopefully, this can be turned on/off as needed per project or issue.

While I see the logic of not having a custom form from a request to a project to a task, this would only work if your custom form is meant to be the same in all 3 objects. We have department leaving our instance and yet they have lots of teams which show up when you try to tag people in updates. Not a good experience for users.
