If this is a bug, and not expected behavior, you should probably submit a ticket to Client Care. I believe that is a faster path to the engineers who have to fix things. This forum seems better for new ideas and how to's.

It would also be good to be able to see in which workspaces a segment is used. This is one aspect of 1) evaluating the impact of segment changes, an 2) evaluating which segments can be admin deleted (clean your room work).
