Unfortunately, the products variable can't be set using Processing Rules. Therefore Revenue, Quantity, and Merchandising eVars can't be set using Processing Rules. Another option could be to click Project > New, then right-click the "Create" button in the modal that appears to Open Link in New Tab: Not as smooth as just right-clicking Workspace, but it is another option for ya 
