If I am getting this right, you are asking for 'how Adobe Analytics detects paid traffic by default?'It does not. Paid traffic is only understood by AA per the paid search detection rules the report suite has setup.

You could do it, and data would g where you point it.But not a great idea to put any two tag managers on the same page. It may interfere with each other and cause problems

Can you share a screenshot of the workspace report? what dimension and metrics are you using? Workspace has much more flexibility in terms of breakdown and segment application.

Sounds like a default value that is being set on pagename variable on your site, when the page name is not present. Check with your developer to troubleshoot the code on your site. See if there is anything that sets the default value that you are getting in the report.
