"Internal" traffic is not shown in the Referrer Type report. However these numbers are reported if you fetch the report from Data Warehouse. It is a legacy setup with this report that causes the confusion.
If you are using Launch to configure, you may have made the changes in dev, but not pushed to prod. Check if the Adobe Analytics extension has ActivityMap checked in prodYou can also open the launch production library and see if the following is set to true
Are you seeing both records together at the same time?Analytics should already combine the two as a single value. Which case shows up depends on the first value that showed up in the time frame you have selected. The only way I can see this issue happening is if the case sensitivity setting was toggl...
@anttiNylund, the answer would depend on the container. if the container is Visit, then all the hits within a visit where the condition was satisfied will be included
Look at it this way - there is a condition which when true has an action. It has no action when the condition is false. Hit 1 - A ---- Hit 2 - A ----> No ActionHit 2 - A ---- Hit 3 - A ----> No ActionHit 3 - A ---- Hit 4 - B ----> Include Visit (assuming container level is set to Visit)
This was reported for another client as well. If you have just opened, you can save some investigation time by asking the Support Consultant to link it to AN-211939. In the mean time, as a workaround, you can use an authenticator app to login.
Bounce rate is calculated based on Bounces/Entries. Since the visit can span over two days, with the entry on the previous day (24th), you will see the extra line show up. You can add bounces and Entries to the table to see how bounce rate is calculated and how many entries are on the previous day
