Would those nodes be of type dam:Asset (or child of such a node)? If yes then in such a case just update the out of box /oak:index/damAssetLucene and add your properties there for indexing.Otherwise provide a sample json of kind of content you want to index. Per your current path it appears you plan to add one index per project which may not add much value unless index definition changes per project

You would need to implement a AuthProvider SPI In this SPI you can implement the required logic which makes a WebService call and performs the required authentication

Kereros based authentication does not work with the AdminUI. If you try to access other End user UI like Workspace, Content Space then it would work fine. The only setting required is Adding a Kerberos auth provider and enabling SPNEGO authentication option on that

Hi Gareth,Here it is the synch logic which is being triggered. The use of non clustered Quartz is fineFrom the exception trace it looks like the datasource is closed or you have changes the adobe-ds.xml at runtime (i.e. datasource hotdeployed). The synch logic tries to perform a sql operation and at that time founds that datasource is closed. Now this can be due to few issuesThe datasource xml has been changed at runtime The datssource actually got closed. May be due to system entering standby or...

Instead of passing the username you have to pass the User oid. You can find the user's oid by using the DirectoryManager API

This is a known issue and a patch is avialable to fix this issue. The issue occurs when the Synch logic encounters 'n' consecutive users who are not persisted due to some missing attribute And n >= batchSize whose default value is 200Contact Adobe Support for the QF .17

Hi Daniel,This happens when the XML Parser pciked is the one which is shipped with the JDK instead of Xerces. The issue has been typically seen with Jboss and not Weblogic as there the xerces jar is packaged with the ear itself. So check if you have any explicit setting which is changing the xml parserIf it is still not resolved the would sugget you to contact Adobe Support

Hi Simon,You can also look into using the DirectoryManagerServiceClient from you Java component and use its findPrincipal API. This would allow you to invoke the LC UserManager API from Java code itself and would obviate the need for going via DB

Simon,This looks like a bug. Would try to confirm that with the team. Now to get the Domain. You can try invoking the DirectoryManager.findPrincipal(oid). It would return a Principal object from there you can use domainName and domainCommonName to get the Domain details. The oid can be obtained from the user object returned by the sessionmanagerNith - Thanks for suggesting the approach. But a user can use LC API to get user details rather than directly accessing the DB. The brute force should be ...

Hi Gareth,Is this an upgraded system? If it is a new system did the UM Bootstrap was clean. Was there any warning message regarding "Error in creating Job rows required for cluster lock handling". I suspect its too late to check such logs but still if possible to check it would be helpful. Can you provide the contents of the edcjobentity table. It should at most contain 2 rows so provide details of all the rows.If it does not contain any entry (should not happen though) then try rebootstrapping th...

Hi Holger,I believe the snippet you posted below is part of a DSC component which is deployed on a LC server and hence running within the LC server. With that in mind you can try thisThe error is happening because you are probably packaging the adobe-repository-client.jar within your component. As this jar has the Resource class it causes a conflict with the call when it reaches the Repostory service as it also has this class packaged with it. To correct itStop packaging the adobe-repository-clie...

In the GM version we added some phase diff between various such job so that such collisions can be avoidedIn all this specific exception can be safely ignored
