I'm a little mixed on this one because proof comments show up in Document updates, and we have upwards of 150 Proof comments per document. It can be a bear to wade through these if they roll up! Is there some way to define Proof comments as a system-generated update so my users can filter those out ...

I would also like flags and resolved to show up in the updates area

I'd like to make sure that while this idea is under consideration they also consider the mechanism for archiving a program to be a Completion date of some sort so that we can report programs on a calendar.

I want to add that programs should have completion dates, not only so that they can be deactivated, but also because I want them to be able to show up on calendars.

Honestly I would prefer some sort of visual tied to the name (e.g. PTO people names are in red, or tagged with PTO at the end of their name). I get enough auto-emails as it is.

I'm still not clear why the Federation ID field in Workfront is case sensitive. If there's not a good reason for this, can we someday make them not case sensitive please?
