Hi JasminWe have a similar problem here: we have a multiple task that is assigned to several group queues. Now as a user claims and opens the task, we would like to know to what GROUP this specific task was assigned originally - depending on the group, the guide within workspace should display different panels...We have created a prepare data process for that task in order to write a display information into the guide's data. Unfortunately, in the task context variable the original task assignme...

Hello JasminWe get the same port error using the WebServiceSettingBean. When we test the same web service with literal config, it is working fine.Is it a known bug and will it be fixed in upcoming releases? The suggested "workaround" to put the soap request in one single line di dnot solve the issue.regards/sandro

Hi LizIf you have a) different master pages and b) organized your form in subforms, try the following:1. click on the subform that you want to be displayed on a specific master page2. in the object inspector select the "Pagination" tab3. in the field "Place:" select the correct master pageThis will display your subform always on the correct master page.regards/sandro

Hi JasminThanks for answering. The customer's requirement is to separate two processes in order to avoid participants of the first process to track the steps in the second process. That's why we decided to use events. In the meantime we succeeded to handle attachments. We save them on the file system and then load them back into the second process.Best regards/sandro

HelloWe are currently working on a process, where a user adds several attachments to a task. Then the process throws an event at some point. This event invokes a second process, where the data including the attachments of the first process have to be available again.Does anyone know how to transport the task attachments from process 1 to process 2?Thanks/sandro

HelloI have a problem adding new contentspace users. When I add the right "contentspace user" to existing users in the LC administration, nothing happens. The users cannot login to contentspace! Anyone who has the same problem and/or knows a solution?/sandro

We are trying to apply a simple LC Rights Managment policy (anonymous user can view, but not edit/change) to a document. Testing the document, we noticed that Acrobat users can easily turn off or change the policy (which was not the idea)! Are we doing something wrong? Thanks for any advice/sandro

To Timothy: you can change the Adobe Reader setting, if you want new documents to be displayed in the same window.to Jimmy: Yes, the server has to return a PDF with content type PDF.

We are facing the same problem too. When users submit a PDF form by HTTP Post, the server sends a html answer back - but the Adobe Reader "cannot handle content-type: html". The problem seems to exist for years already. I found several forum and blog entries - but no solution so far. Adobe seems to ignore the problem...
