Thanks Karl. I have Acrobat DC as part of the Creative Cloud so maybe that's where I need to be enabling my forms?

I use LiveCycle to create QR codes for use on our printed brochures. We would also like to use these codes on our websites as links to our other websites. How do I export the QR code for use on our Web? The only thing that I see is just placing them in a pdf. Is there a way to export the QR codes?

You anticipated that I wouldn't know how to script the second button. It prints beautifully, you are a genius. However it does prompt before printing. It says "This document is trying to print. Is this ok? )  ever so politely. I can live with that. Thank you very much.
