Thank you. It works great! I am having one problem. In the "Javascript for Acrobat API Reference" document, version 8.1, I am looking at the execDialog API and it mentions that I can change the titlebar by putting a name after the description of the dialog. This does not seem to work in Adobe Livecycle Designer for Adobe 9+ Has this functionality been deprecated since version 8.1 of the document?I also have one other question, is there a way to get rid of the red "Warning: JavaScript Window" mess...

Hello,I am trying to add a new paper type to my designer.xdc file. The name of the paper type is: 2011abcd, short="8.5in" long="14in". When open LiveCycle Designer Version 9.0, I try to change my master page to the new paper type. When I click on the drop down, I see *2011adbc in the list (with an asterisk).I then attempt to test this form out in OutputIVS by ensuring that the ps_plain.xdc also includes the same media definition. The resulting postscript file does not contain the paper type name...

Firstly,Thanks for answering my questions it's been helpful so far. To rephrase my question... Is there a way in LiveCycle Designer to insert postscript commands (i.e. as metadata or somewhere else) which would be picked up during the printing? Specifically the setpagedevice command? If the answer to the above question is no, then is the alternative solution to have LiveCycle Output generate a postscript file then specify an XDC file which has the media type specified in it? My preference is to ...

Hi, I'm hoping someone could answer this question for me. We are currently implementing LiveCycle ES and a designer template to replace an existing process. Our current process produces Postscript files, we then add media calls to the postscript files for our highspeed printer center. The postscript commands look like this: <>setpagedeviceMy question is, is there a way to do this in PDF using LiveCycle Designer templates? Would this possibly be done in LiveCycle Output? via an XDC file?NOTE: It'...

Hello,I've been trying to re-install Adobe LiveCycle ES2 on my PC (turnkey solution). The issue is that when I start the installer, a previous version of JBoss is detected and so it never lets me re-install the turnkey. I have to choose manual install. I did try the manual approach but the Database initialization step was always failing because the create table commands were failing with these types of errors:2011-02-15 08:12:28,880 DEBUG [org.jboss.mq.pm.jdbc2.PersistenceManager] Could not crea...
