Re: Adding Closed User Group 6.4 - Adobe Experience Manager 18-10-2018
Nothing in error log or browser console. I noticed, however, that if I select a page from the we.retail site, the CUG options do appear within the UI. So it's something specific to my site, perhaps a configuration setting. I will keep digging and will post solution if I find one.In the meantime, can you suggest a work around - maybe classic UI? I have never used it, so any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks for your help

Adding Closed User Group 6.4 - Adobe Experience Manager 17-10-2018
Hi,When attempting to add a closed user group to page properties, the touch UI page is missing options at top. I am unable to do anything on this tab. I am logged in as admin. I have tried clearing browser cache and have also tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari and Firefox). Also updated to 6.4 SP2 - with no luck. On advanced tab, "authentication requirement" is enabled and I have a login page specified. Any ideas?

Re: Cookies error - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 05-05-2017
I experienced same issue. I was using latest version of Firefox when it occurred (51), which is currently supported according to link pasted below. I uninstalled and installed an older version (45.2). https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-2/AEM-forms-JEE-supported-platforms.html#Browsers

Re: Custom Workflow Step Not Showing up in Process List Dropdown - Adobe Experience Manager 19-01-2017
I figured out the issue. Problem was that the workflow dependency defined in my maven project file did declare a scope, i.e. it used the default maven 'compile' scope. By adding 'provided' scope, as shown below, my service now shows up in process list of "process step". com.adobe.granite com.adobe.granite.workflow.api 1.0.10 provided

Re: Custom Workflow Step Not Showing up in Process List Dropdown - Adobe Experience Manager 19-01-2017
Tried the suggested alternative form of property annotations and still not showing up in process list. Has anyone seen that specific error? I am logged in as admin, so can't be a permissions problem.

Custom Workflow Step Not Showing up in Process List Dropdown - Adobe Experience Manager 18-01-2017
Hi,I have written an OSGI service that implements com.adobe.granite.workflow.exec.WorkflowProcess. The bundle deploys and is in "active" state with no errors. When trying to create a "process step" within OSGI workflow editor, my service does not show up in the process list (see attached screenshot). The annotations I am using in my service class are pasted below, along with relevant errors from the error log. What am I doing wrong?@Component@Service@Properties({@Property(name = Constants.SERVIC...

Re: Day CQ Mail Service not Spooling SMTP Messages on Demand - Adobe Experience Manager 03-11-2016
Here is answer if anyone else installs the Geometrixx Gov reference site and wonders why email isn't immediately sent when saving a draft of the form. The reference site includes a service (Geometrixx Finance Configuration) that contains a cron expression that configures when deamon runs that sends queued up emails to mail server. The value is set to run daily at 2:00 a.m. It is not a problem iwith the Day CQ Mail Service or Apache James.

Non XFA-based Document of Record - Adobe Experience Manager Forms 03-11-2016
Hi,I am running a 6.2 OSGI install. The adaptive form is based upon XML Schema. I created a base DOR template per the instructions below. How do I generate the PDF for user to view and print? I thought I could use the Verify component, but I get message "Verify works only with XFA-based Adaptive Forms" (see attached screenshot). https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-2/generate-document-of-record-for-non-xfa-based-adapti ve-forms.html
