If the urls have distinct bases you have 2 options.create a segment for eachcreate a virtual report suite for each.  Once segments or report suites are built the only thing to watch out for is if base urls change.

By age im assuming you are referring to the age of a user accessing a page by device type?

This white list is part of s.code in the Adobe analytics extension in Launch you need to add lines there to allow this domain to be associated to the desired rsid. Click open editor to add there.  

I also would recommend look at referring domains and also check internally if any marketing teams are doing any sort of paid traffic campaigns that could be the cause. IP can be key and then use a whois like function to get ideas on what company the ip belongs to. GLTU

So ideally on SPA you need a direct call rule to trigger the virtual pages. processing rules are not required. make sure on each navigation you fire the direct call rule after setting all key data layer items like pagename. then once all key props and evars are ready fire the pagebottom.
