I downloaded the jar from below path but ConfigurationManagerFactory is not inside the package after extracting it. Ideally, you should overlay the component and use it to create the pages to take care of issue which comes up after the upgrade, certainly which did not happened in your case.Anyways, are you seeing any error in the javascript console ?

Can you please make sure that AEM instance is up and working ? it is failing during (install-package), check configuration in the Jenkins script if correct instance name, port and username/pwd provided?

There are no much difference in Classic UI but CQ5 doesn't have TouchUI which is only supported in AEM 6 versions.
