Trying to find which hotfixes are installed in our production instance.  Is this something I can look up within AEM console?  Also, how do I verify if Service Pack 2 is installed?

Our site has multiple languages, including Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified.  I have a site for Taiwan which is suppose to be using Chinese Traditional, but it keeps using the Dictionary entries for Chinese Simplified.  How can I specify which language to use from the dictionary?

When I try to add filter for time where time CONTAINS "August", I don't get anything back.  I also tried "2015", "8", or "Aug" and still get nothing returned.  What are the acceptable values?

When copying a page, what is the main difference between creating a new live copy of a page and regular copy?  See attached screenshot. I have put the two options in red squares.  If I want to create a similar page but change some text for the new page, which is the better method?
