HI @JAElliott,This behavior is expected as setting privacy to opt-out will prevent all network requests from being sent by the ACP SDK. Adding or removing push notification app subscribers is not handled by the ACP SDK. If the functionality for removing app subscribers is needed, we recommend that you open a customer care ticket with Adobe Campaign so the work can be prioritized. Thanks,Ryan

Hi @JAElliott,Setting Privacy Status to OPT_OUT will cause the V5 SDK to purge all data and identities which includes the ECID. The registration token is set in the app subscriber table after it is forwarded from the Visitor ID service. Using collectPii to set a blank token is not recommended. Hi @JAElliott ,The target platform that a device has on ACS is determined by the ACP SDK which is running on the device (Android or iOS). I remember in a previous post you had mentioned that collectPii had been used to register devices on ACS. Has the Launch rule using collectPii to register devices been disabled? The Visitor ID Service (now known as Experience Cloud ID Service) has a pipeline that sends the Org Id, Experience Cloud ID (ECID), and push token from the setPushIdentifier call to your ACS instance. Your ACS instance should be setup to ingest any push token associated with the instance Org Id.

Hi @Rev_J , Invoking the setPushIdentifier API will send the push token to the Adobe Visitor ID service which then forwards the token to your ACS instance. It is possible that there is an issue in the backend which is why sending the push token with collectPii is able to populate the app subscriber table while the setPushIdentifier call isn't able to. The expected behavior for Campaign Standard on privacy status unknown is to store user data and queue any Campaign Standard network calls. The expected behavior for Campaign Standard on privacy status opt-out is to clear all user data and pause sending any Campaign Standard network calls.
