Is Livecycle being discontinued - Adobe LiveCycle 19-02-2015
HiOn this page: Adobe - LiveCycle Developer Center | Adobe Developer Connection it states that "The Adobe Central Output Server family is scheduled to reach end of life on June 30, 2016. AEM forms is the recommended replacement for most Central products. "It's not totally clear on any page I can find, but is LiveCycle (Workbench and Designer) part of this Adobe Central Output Server family that is being discontinued? We are looking into what tool to use going forward and are trying to work out w...

Re: Internal Hyperlinks and licences - Adobe LiveCycle 16-02-2015
Thanks for that link - I've bookmarked it for later. The licencing issue we have though is that I believe our licence only allows us to create static PDFs so we currently have any Javascript that runs when the user is reading a PDF. It can only run while the PDF is being generated.

Internal Hyperlinks and licences - Adobe LiveCycle 13-02-2015
HiWe us ES4 produce PDFs and would like to have internal hyperlinks - eg: click on a heading in the contents page and it takes you to the relevant page. We've been told by a contractor that we can do this but would need to upgrade our licence to do it. We currently have the "Output" licence. Does anyone know what licence we'd need to do this - or preferably, if there's a way to do the internal hyperlinks on our current licence?ThanksDan

Re: Hierarchical Table? - Adobe LiveCycle 02-08-2012
I can set it on that subform, but it doesn't break because it's inside a subform that can't break.

Re: Hierarchical Table? - Adobe LiveCycle 01-08-2012
I tried the subform approach as a way to get a repeating instance within a cell. The table itself is set to allow breaks in content. Unfortunately for the subforms themselves the option is greyed out - as with all of the other cells.

Re: Format numeric field to neither add or remove zero after radix - Adobe LiveCycle 27-07-2012
It sounds to me like the best solution is to make it a free text field rather than a number field - and then either convert it to a number on the fly as and when you want to use it or have a hidden Number field next to it that automatically gets populated with the numerical value.

Re: Hierarchical Table? - Adobe LiveCycle 27-07-2012
That is already ticked, but unfortunately on all of the 'cells' that option is greyed out so the one that is a subform can't break across pages.

Hierarchical Table? - Adobe LiveCycle 26-07-2012
HiI need to create a table in LiveCycle which has a hierachical structure, so we have multiple Category items each containing a number of Groups each containing a number of Items.I have tried a few different approaches, each of which with it's own pitfalls:I tried creating a table where each row was bound to the Category level in my data and the cells were actually subforms. Then I put a hierarchical repeating subform structure inside these subforms. This worked well until I got to a page where t...
