Thank you all for your reply. I have already removed those from Excluded Page Properties. Please see the screenshot.I am using AEM 6.1. Still, live copy is not maintaining inheritance for jcr:title, jcr:description, and sling:vanityPath. Please let me know if you need any additional info.
