When the backlog is present on the kanban board, any filters applied to the kanban board should also affect the backlog column. It would be easier to find specific tasks/stories as well as see one person's workload if the backlog was affected by these filters. More filter options for the kanban boar...

I would also love if when displaying the backlog on the kanban board, the "assigned" filter filtered through the backlog as well.
