I checked your form and the root node in heirarchy is "form1" and if i changed it to "Form1" with capital "F", then it works.

You can again change the color of fields on PrePrint Event.

Master Page is like a Background for the display pages. Multiple pages can have single Master Page as a Background or Container.You can add more pages in your form by right clicking on the root node in Hierarchy Panel and then 'New Page'.
