You are likely to be able to achieve your objective via scripting. I am not sure you can do this with the standard date time formating in calender.Each field needs to be formatted in relation to the previous and next. I am sorry this may not be much help if you are not familiar with using javascript...

If you designed the original form (from which the xml/excel data was created) as pdf, it is straight forward as if reintegrating data back into the form.  I suspect that may not be the case in your situation.  However, try to save the excel/xml document as a pdf document.  Then using adobe reader or...
