Worked with support - they suggested removing basic auth and trying again. This worked.

I called support; they said that SP2 could be installed on top of SP1. Furthermore, on a fresh install of ES3, you can skip SP1 altogether as the packs are cumulative.

The page for downloading ES3 SP2 states:This service pack can be deployed only on Adobe LiveCycle ES3 10.0.2This restriction is not noted in the README - is it correct that we cannot install this on top of SP1 (10.0.3)?Thanks!

If I am performing a fresh install of ES3, can I simply run the ES3 installer, then run the ES3 SP1 installer before running the Configuration Manager?
