There is also a help article that explains more about why the total value can be different than the sum of the rows on different reports.https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/home/?f=http%3a%2f%2fhelpx.adobe.com%2fanalytics%2fkb%2fsum-line-items-different-from-total.html

I agree that the current workflows between the Admin interface and the Reporting Interface can be kind of a pain. One hint that you may or may not be aware of, if you click the icon in the top left of the screen it will load up a dropdown that allows you to click "Reports & Analytics". This will send you back to your default reporting landing page. Not the best, but much better than having to click the back button 5 times.

It doesn't fix the core issue, but one useful tidbit of knowledge that sometimes people don't know is that you can classify the "None" item. So if you don't want to see the None in a classification report you can change it to whatever you want by uploading a row in SAINT. I believe this is documented in the Help section somewhere. Doesn't address the issue of the non-classified reports though.

Key Segments Report

I think it would be very helpful to have a Key Segments report. It would be just like the Key Metrics report, but instead of selecting multiple metrics and having them trended against each other, you would instead select multiple segments and see them trended against each other. There isn't currently a way to pull multiple segments into a single report and compare them. Trended reports work great for comparing variable values, but many customer segments aren't defined exclusively by one variable...
