That was the same problem I had. Basically all you have to do is once you build and save the form as a pdf is to open the pdf using Adobe Pro again then go to advanced and select enable usage rights in adobe reader, and save the pdf again. Steve,  Thanks for the quick response.  That seems to have helped me out, however the sign document popup seems to be freezing.  I'll keep playing with the settings could just be Vista acting up.  Anyway thanks again.  I knew it had to be something simple.Rick
