First thing I would check is if your invalidation is happening properly - once you publish the page, open it up and see if you have a new version of the file created on the hard drive on ApacheOnce you confirm that a new file is getting created I would then check if the calls hit your server - there might be another caching layer in front of it, e.g.:1. CDN / Varnish - I assume you would know about this one?2. Proxy - sometimes in corporates there are proxies which might hold something for a whi...

Re: Externalizing URL for a multilingual site Tomasz_Sobczyk - Adobe Experience Manager
Hi Salvador,Few things to validate:1. Do you have seperate cache set up for each domain on Dispatcher level (you will need it).2. Secondly what's your real requirement? Every link on a page that you display should have an url containing domain instead of just /page.html -> absolute url?3. You should utilize Sling mapping to have a flexible connection from content to domain. Once you have that, write your own Sling Rewriter (https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/creating-link-rewrite.h...

Re: Need Solution to Quickly Copy and Paste Content into the Editor FAST Tomasz_Sobczyk - Adobe Experience Manager
Hi, to be honest cannot see much of a solution for the copy-pasting issues from your Word documents, as the problem actually lies in the richness of the documents you've been provided with. In regards to repeatable footer on every page - Couldn't you just create a sample page with all the repeatable content filled in, and treat it as a starting point for every other page (just copy-paste your sample page in site-admin instead of creating brand new one each time). To be honest I completely don't ...

Re: Unclosed session detected in logs Tomasz_Sobczyk - Adobe Experience Manager
You could also do some steps on your own. Please follow this to analyze source of unclosed sessions. One thing it's going to give you is the number of unclosed sessions. Secondly you can analyze stack traces of those open sessions to see exactly where was the session opened.https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/AnalyzeUnclosedSessions.html

Re: Unclosed session detected in logs Tomasz_Sobczyk - Adobe Experience Manager
How long does it take for this piece of code to execute? AFAIK this warning get displayed in logs after certain amount of time elapsed. So if your code is taking long to run (and since it's rolling out Live Copies I'm guessing it's not THE quickest one 😉 ) Btw your code is going to fail in case your adminResourceResolver is null, as you are first trying to run isLive on it, and then you check if it's not null. Also you don't need to close RR so many times 🙂 Single line of code in finally block...

Re: How to pass parameter to url authored in Rich Text? Tomasz_Sobczyk - Adobe Experience Manager
Regular pathfinder is not going to allow you to add parameters. You need to extend the Link dialog in Richtext and add custom "suffix" field there, of course including overriding the implementation part which is responsible for generating html of the link (which will include your additional parameter).

Re: [Maven]Process to deploy code onto various environments Tomasz_Sobczyk - Adobe Experience Manager
Kishore, the easiest way is to explore the idea that was given in previous answer - run modes. This allows you basically to have one single package with configs and deploy it to all your environments. Basically you create folders with osgi config with proper names. Those names are then picked up by AEM, and it selectively applies only configs that belong to this environment (based on runmode). Please explore information given here:https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/deploying/configure_runmod...

Re: End User page content is sometimes reflecting with old andsome times with new data Tomasz_Sobczyk - Adobe Experience Manager
Chalapathi Reddy wrote... Hi Runal Trivedi, Thank you for your quick response. But due to that turning off the cache for .html the CQ publisher system should respond for every request . Moreover publisher system load increases . Yes am able to see updated content is available in dispatcher and publisher. I have configured two web urls in one dispatcher.
