Thank you so very much.  This is just what I needed.

Attached is a screenshot. Please notice when there is more than one line of text in the caption the radio does not align with the first line of type no matter how I align them in the paragraph window. The button stay middle aligned. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to align the radio button with the first line of text (when there is more than one line)? It seems to default to center.Best regards,Parre

I have a Date Field with the Validation Pattern date{MM/DD/YYYY}. Is there a way once the user get the error message the cursor goes back to the Date Field instead of going to the next field.
