Re: What is the proper way to package content fragments - Adobe Experience Manager 20-07-2022
Are you able to share the full stack trace of the error in the logs? Does the same happen if you pre-create the destination folder before installing the package? from the above it appears to relate to the import creating the folders to enable it to place content deeper in the tree. Can you check in crx/de to see if there is a difference in the jcr:primaryType of the manually created and imported folders? I have tried this locally but cannot reproduce the issue, however i am currently on 6.5.11.

Re: X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGON - Adobe Experience Manager 13-07-2022
the x-frame-options header needs to be set in apache vhost config, rather than in the dispatcher farm configuration. In our Managed Services deployment, this header is set by default: Header merge X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN "expr=%{resp:X-Frame-Options}!='SAMEORIGIN'" x-frame-options is somewhat limited however - SAMEORIGIN will only allow you to iframe the content if the domain of the site matches the domain of the AEM server.See here for details of the x-frame-options header: https://developer...

Re: Facing a issue while synchronizing content for editable templates - Adobe Experience Manager 21-03-2022
Are you able to compare the properties you see on your page and a we.retail page after creation based on the editable template? wondering if you template is adding some properties which are causing the inheritance to to work differently.

is the content also missing from the repo structure if you look at the page in crx/de?are you running the latest service pack, and does the same happen with 6.5.0 with no SPs installed?

Admin Console - Ability to assign groups to admin roles - Adobe Experience Cloud 18-05-2021
Currently admin roles (sys admin, product admin, group admin etc) can only be assigned to individual users. For some of these it would be useful to be able to assign a group to this role, then assign users to that group - in particular we have a gI&AM team who's responsibility it is to add new users and assign them to the relevant groups to give access to products. Currently every member of this team has to be added as a product admin for each product and group admin for each group. We are curre...

Re: Default paste mode for inline editing - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
I would tend to agree, however we had a bug raised that text was rendering incorrectly and it turned out to be due to users doing a paste from word into the inline edit.If there is no way to do it we may simply have to educate users to use the dialog when pasting potentially formatted text.Perhaps this is something that could be added as a future update as it would seem to make sense to have the inline editor use the same paste mode as the RTE for consistency. Alternatively, is there any way to ...

Default paste mode for inline editing - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
In a text component we've configured our rich text editor in the component dialog to have a default past mode of "plaintext" to ensure that it will use the select style, eg simple tags, or headings, to ensure the CSS for the page will have full control of the styling. The component is also enabled for inline edit. This works great unless you past text from word or html as this mode will include the styling, meaning the text does not render using the CSS styles. Is there any way to control the han...
