Some screens of Author display user's name with an order of "given name" "surname", even if the language setting is Japanese. some screens display user's name with an order of "surname"  "given name", and this is natural in Japanese. The details is shown in the attached.
I suppose this problem is common for Japanese AEM users, so hope to it will be fixed as an update of AEM itself.

I would recommend ensuring this is logged as a support case via https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ - if you don't  have access or you don't see the "support" option at the top, you may need to talk to an administrator of your account to find someone with the "Support Admin" role who would be able to access this.

The adobe support team would be able to raise this internally with the relevant product teams for investigation and prioritisation for a future release.

Thank you for your comment.
We have already submitted a support ticket to the Adobe support team to request this improvement(ticket#:E-001347082). However, the support team concluded that they would not respond and the support team suggested that we should submit our request on this forum, so we submitted our request like this.
