Re: Access process variable from designer - Adobe LiveCycle 20-11-2015
I haven't found any direct solution yet, but I solved the problem in an unconventional way.I write here the solution I have adopted, it may be useful for other people.- I put the variable name and value in an XML file that it is read at process invokation (this file is already read 'cause contains the process logic for various task):- That "node" in XML is then appended in the input XML file feeded into form;- Now in form I'm able to get the value and use it in javascript.Mauro

Using resources repository - Adobe LiveCycle 11-03-2015
Hello,I have a question regards using the resources tab of workbench with Livecycle ES4 SP1.I have read that the resources tab serves as a "common repository" for a centralized resources, such as images and others kind of files that can be available for all the application. How can I use this repository?I am able to view the resources tab into workbench, but right click into the servername do not work; I have only the access permission option, no create folder or add resource. What am I missing?Re...

Re: What version of LiveCycle ES4 SP1 is correct? - Adobe LiveCycle 27-02-2015
It's a little confusing, cause in the readme of the service pack, they refer as version 11.0.1, but in the about dialog of adminui, I have 11.0.0 Service Pack SP1.But if you confirm that ES4 SP1 == 11.0.1, I'm sure that I'm using the latest version with all the resolved issues refered in the SP1 readme. Thanks and regards,Mauro

Re: Reference xdc file in process - Adobe LiveCycle 18-11-2014
So, it only work if I put somewhere in the LiveCycle server filesystem the xdc file and I specified the full path in generatePrintedOutput. It is strange that I must import the xdc file into workbench (and in the application) for editing and once I'm done editing, I must "export" xdc outside application and copy it back to LiveCycle server.OK, thank for your clarification.Mauro

Re: Reference xdc file in process - Adobe LiveCycle 17-11-2014
I already seen that link.I tried to check-in the xdc file (right-click -> Check In) but I can't reference the "asset" in process (generatePrintedOutput activity), and in jboss server.log I have this error line:ERROR [com.adobe.livecycle.formsservice.exception.FormServerException] (http-0.0.0.0-8080-2) ALC-OUT-002-006: URI not found: URI = Res/test.xdc Cause: URI = Res\test.xdc (Impossibile trovare il percorso specificato)However the process is completed. But if I copy xdc file into a location on ...
