@TarunKumar I have found the issue, it was due to the permission for /libs/granite/operations/content/maintenance && /libs/settings/granite/operations/maintenance. Permission for both or one of it has fixed.. I had deny everyone, so it was throwing a blank page.

Hi Rakesh,I got the same error in 6.4 fresh installation. I have installed the Service pack 3.. its resolved now.. i hope with SP2 for 6.4 as well it will work. Not sure on 6.3

Its a proxy issue..Please add the proxy in settings.xml which you are using in your local. settings.xml is located in C:\Users\xxxxxx\.m2
