I'd recommend 'Time Spent on Page - Bucketed'. This is a dimension available in Analysis workspace.

Urs is correct, Adobe doesn't really offer test accounts. If you're interested in working within Adobe Analytics, your best bet is going to be to work with an individual or team that has access to it.Adobe may introduce sandbox accounts some time in the future, but that is not an active priority yet...

You could use a list prop that provides all enabled values, then another list prop that provides all disabled values. It doesn't sound like you need persistence, so you wouldn't burn one of the three super-valuable list vars available.
