Hi Felix, You can do it either of 2 ways1. Using Recipient as Filtering
Dimension and using 'Don't exists such as' query on broadlogRcp. Below
screenshot2.Starting BroadlogRcp as filtering dimension and than
changing dimension back to recipient. I prefer option 2 as option 1 is
sub query execution and sub queries are know for there performance
hit.Let me know if you need more details on any of these options.
Hi Zeila, It is not possible with UI. But, if you have good
understanding on XML than you can do it by following below steps. 1.
Right click on workflow and select "Edit xml source ...."2. Look for
your split activity. 3. look for XML code for existing tab, will look
like this4. Copy and paste the code and save the XML. PS: This is not a
preferred route to do it, as it will require playing with XML code and
possibility to corrupt your workflow if something went wrong.
Hi Felix, Seems like your seniors are messing around with you I have
read all the records from srcSchema and try to get attribute details.
Hi Chandni,You have to define revCardinality ="Single" for direct access
of this data in delivery. below is the code
But, I think it might create a issue for you. You have defined
brCode as primary key for you Br_data schema, by due this you are
defining that each and every recipient will have different brCode,
recipient can't share br Code. Adove code will define 1-1 cardinality
between Recipient & BR_Data.If multiple recipient can share same br
code, than you need to define link with below c...
Hi, Can you please also let us know the Cardinality between recipient
and BR_Code schema ? It might be to do with the cardinality, if you have
1-1 or N-1 cardinality from Recipient to BR-Code you can use it directly
it in delivery. Otherwise you to enrich it using enrichment activity
first and than use it as targetdata in delivery. Also, make sure you use
correct link name also. Regards,Ankur A.
Hi Richa, Adhiyan has explained it well and it should resolve DB space
issue. Can you please check "keep the result of interim population
between two executions" is not checked for these scheduled/ Signal
workflows. Also, all paths in your workflow has an end activity.
Hi Kanwal, We also have some scenario and we deal with it using options.
You need to create 2 option one for each workflow and than at the start
and end activity of the workflow you to set those option as 1 and 0. 1
will represent workflow currently running and 0 represent not running/
complete run. Now, once you have these options in place, you need to use
a Test activity in the workflow to check option values for other
workflow. If, option is set 0 than you can continue process, if it is
Hi Anumol, As per my understanding md5 behave like primary key for
srcSchema and change from environment to environment, like other entity
primary key like workflow id, delivery id etc. Having different md5 will
not impact any functionality.
You need use a data loading (file) activity to load the data in your
workflow transaction. Once it is in your workflow transaction data you
can use tragetData to use in email for example below<%=
targetData.firstName %>Hope it help, if you need help with Data loading
file activity let me know.Regards,Ankur A.
Hi Rajesh, Adobe Hosted environment SFTP is on the Adobe Serve itself
and to access it you just need to give folder path without using SFTP
call. please try below path as is/home/customer//incoming/testthree/camp_log_2017- > replace it with
client name. For me above path works. If, it doesn't work, I suggest you
contact Adobe Support they will be able to provide you correct path.
Hi Rajesh, Is it Adobe Hosted environment or on- premise ?If, It is
Adobe Hosted then as per my experience you need to give SFTP path as
/home/customer//incoming/ ..... to access SFTP in Adobe
Campaign application. Otherwise, can you also make sure the SFTP path is
proper and access on folder is define properly.Regards,Ankur A.

I am not sure about message table not having delivery. But, I can help
with defining the variable in delivery and using it later in your
workflow. To define a variable in delivery activity, Right click on
delivery and click open. It will open a generic workflow activity form
instead of delivery form. You can define variables in script tab of this
form, it variables will be available in your workflow later on.As per my
understanding variables define in delivery variable tab are only
Hi, Below might help 1. to retrieve internal name for any workflow
activity you need to use activity.name, this might work for you2. For AB
testing, you can find more detail on below link. You can use delivery
code for AB
