So I happen to come across the below posting and found that if I used the Case function instead of the IF statement the code works as expected under the Exit event.Re: Display image based on drop down selection.

Hello,I've been trying to troubleshoot this for several days now and I seem to still be missing something.I have a drop down menu with two options. In the properties for the drop down, I specified in the Binding tab to "Specify Item Values" (1 and 2).Under the Change Event I place the below code.if (this.rawValue="1"){annOverview.necDate.presence="hidden";}else if(this.rawValue="2"){annOverview.necDate.presence="visible";}Though, no matter which selection I make, the necDate goes hidden. I've tr...

Hello,I came across this post as help. Though, I seem to be having issues with my javascript or placement of my script.I wonder if you can detail what you did.My scenario is:In design view, I place the following script in change::event -> xfa.resolveNode("form1.#pageSet[0].StudyPLan.TextField").rawValue=this.rawValue;The intent is to have the text that is entered into "this" field to echoed in the "StudyPLan.TextField" on the master page. (Note that the Textfield on the master page is a Floating...

I solve the issue.The code now appears like so:form1.restrictions-positioned.restrictionFrequency::click - (JavaScript, client)if (foodrestriction.resolveNode("foodStuff").rawValue == "1"){ this.access = "readOnly"; this.fillColor="216, 216, 216"; this.border.edge.presence = "hidden";}

Hello Everyone,Please excuse me if I am posting my question in the wrong group.I'm running LiveCycle Designer ES ver: 8.2.I've created a form that contains two different sets of radio buttons.Using Javascript, I'm trying to write a piece of code saying:if radio button 1 = "1" and radio button 4 = "1" then this textbox is readOnly, and greyed out.My script is as follows:form1.restrictions-positioned.restrictionFrequency::click - (JavaScript, client)if (foodStuff.rawValue == "1"){ this.access = "r...
