Can you please post your OSGi configuration for Adobe Granite Distribution? Please refer to https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/administering/security/sync.html?lang=en#troubleshooting for troubleshooting. However the cause for the error could be permission of a service user or connectivity to the publisher that might have resulted in sync failure.

Can you please see if you can use datasource to load the options with dialog structure as below? With datasource the values are added in value map and datasource node will render the vm inputs. You can use sling model to fetch desired list from your model to the data source. @arvind 100k pages is a large number for a single run. Is there a specific structure to this? So that it can be divided based on parents? For better performance it is suggested in AEM node repository, the child nodes should not exceed more than 1000 See this & this .1000 is not a hard number as such. Sharing a use case I am aware of.
