When you say its not working ?1. Does the component itself is not rendering ? - Deploy your component on publish instance2. Only the video is not playing ?? - Publish the DAM assets (video)

As @Scott mentioned it may be due to cacheMake sure you have saved the node after you deleted the component.and try to reload the complete page

why dont you try with this<sling:defineObjects> has directly the sling tag libraries to use like below<sling:getResource var="content" path="<url>" />

Use Resource API instead of Node API to get the child nodes only.
