is it happening on every instance of AEM version or only a particular instance of AEM ? Did it started recently or from the instance instantiation ? 

Hi Vijesh, Yes, it is 5.13.12 which is available as I have mentioned in the post. I have not installed SP1 but not sure if that impacts anyway ! I am seeing similar error on 6.2 aswell for the available bundle version.

Once you go to the design mode, you will see a parsys edit bar, click on that to add the components.If you dont have the parsys in your page, then pls contact the developer to help you out !

If it was available before and then kind of disappeared, then check if you are seeing any error in your browser.

Goto the design mode and add the component group. Come back to edit mode and you should be able to see the components
